Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

By creating an Account, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. twin77 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reason to believe that an Account is held by a person under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You are accessing the twin77 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from any gaming platform, either voluntarily or by operator decision, in circumstances that would make your participation on twin77 inappropriate.
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources, and you are not engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of twin77.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access twin77's real-money gaming Services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred banking details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on twin77 at any time. Duplicate Accounts — whether detected through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or banking information — will result in all duplicate Accounts being closed. Any Balances or Bonuses in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. twin77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify twin77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. twin77 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

twin77 may at any time require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification (such as an Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been verified. twin77 may withhold funds pending KYC completion in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

twin77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels, subject to availability and applicable processing times:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Digital Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Other methods as may be made available within the platform from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. All funds deposited into your twin77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your twin77 Account. twin77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Local bank transfers: within 24 hours during banking hours (WIB, UTC+7)
• Digital wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): typically within 2 hours
• VIP-tier Players may benefit from expedited processing as detailed in the VIP Programme terms

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the twin77 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). twin77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User when transferring funds are the sole responsibility of the User.

4.5 Refused Transactions

twin77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, twin77 will notify the User where legally permitted to do so.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by twin77 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each promotion. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms & Conditions and any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

twin77 actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where Bonus abuse is detected, twin77 reserves the right to void all Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds that have not been wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice.

5.5 Promotional Changes

twin77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player, except where fraud or abuse is identified.

Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

twin77 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. The minimum and maximum Wager limits for each market are displayed within the platform and are subject to change.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including pre-match markets, in-play markets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are settled in accordance with twin77's official sports betting rules. Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). In the event of result disputes, twin77's decision is final.

6.3 Lottery Products

Participation in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets — including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau — is governed by the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. twin77 acts as a betting intermediary and is not responsible for changes to official draw schedules, including cancellations due to public holidays or technical disruptions.

6.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game results are determined in real time and are final once the round has concluded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the result recorded by the game provider's server.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, pricing error, or obvious mistake in odds or game outcome, twin77 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and may be reversed if already credited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twin77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law without disclosing this fact to twin77.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing twin77 staff, support agents, or other Users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain unfair winnings.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-Account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the twin77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and compiled databases — is the intellectual property of twin77 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the twin77 platform without prior written consent from twin77. Unauthorised use of twin77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

twin77 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

twin77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and our servers. We will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services as required by law or legitimate business necessity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twin77's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, or any Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

twin77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, payment processors, and game studios.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses resulting from changes in applicable law that affect the availability of the platform in a User's jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits twin77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

11.1 Termination by twin77

twin77 may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions. In the event of termination due to proven fraud or material breach, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting twin77 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real-money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising between a User and twin77 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.

Users acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using twin77's Services is lawful in your country or region of residence. twin77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in any particular jurisdiction.

Amendments

twin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, twin77 will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the security of the platform.

Your continued use of the twin77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.
